Commercial Pilot
In order to get paid to fly, you must have at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate. There is a wide range of opportunities as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot:

Minimum requirements:
Hold at least a Helicopter Private Pilot Certificate,
At least 18 years of age,
At least a Class 2 medical certificate,
Pass both written and practical exams
Aeronautical experience and minimum hours include:
150 hours total flight time,
100 hours in powered aircraft of which 50 must be helicopter,
100 hours Pilot In Command time of which 35 must be helicopter,
10 hours cross country flight in helicopters,
20 hours of training in a helicopter from an authorized instructor,
10 hours solo training in a helicopter.
The study material is the same as that for the Private Pilot Certificate. You just have to know the material a lot better. The main difference is the regulations that apply to Commercial Pilots vs. Private Pilots.
